Cheery Arkansas Home Update
About the project
After living in their home for six years, this sweet family of five was ready to create a space more reflective of their personalities. We worked together to shift their home from dark and farmhouse-inspired to fresh, bright and cheery!
The homeowners had already selected their new flooring and had an idea of the design direction they wanted to move towards when they reach out to Lovely Lark Living, but they weren’t entirely sure how to pull it all together. We started by adding a fun backsplash, creative lighting, and colorful chairs to their kitchen which, along with a fresh coat of paint, brought an entirely new feel to their open living spaces.
We continued the pops of color through accent pillows on their existing sofa and loveseat and a fun patterned wallpaper in their dining room. With a few updated furniture pieces, we were able to shift this home from dark and uninspired to creative and fresh.
