Bright Classic Kitchen Renovation
About the project
This sweet family of three found a fixer upper home in the perfect neighborhood in Franklin, TN. After securing a local contractor to do the work, they reached out to me to assist with designing a brand new kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is the heart of the home and sadly the existing space was dark, dingy, and the last place you’d want to cook a meal for your loved ones. With the goal of creating a bright, classic kitchen fit for hosting all their friends and family, I designed an adjusted layout that allowed us to keep appliances in their original locations while still creating space for a long, inviting and functional island. We also made the less than ideal washer and dryer closet blend into their beautiful new kitchen by wrapping it in matching cabinetry.
This precious growing family can now create all their wonderful memories in their brand new, highly functional and incredibly beautiful kitchen.
