Shop the Looks: 1 T-Shirt 4 Ways

 
 

One of my favorite small fair-trade business, LEV Apparel, just released their brand new, updated t-shirts and they were kind enough to gift me one in exchange for sharing my thoughts (and styling ideas) with you. Luckily, this t-shirt is next level wonderful and I can confidently say every positive word I have to say it my true opinion. (Like I’m contemplating using of my 10 remaining purchases for 2022 to grab the other color way - it’s that good.)

*Note: I am not counting any gifted items in my 12 in 2022 Challenge. I make the rules so don’t question it. ;P

To help you understand how lovely this t-shirt is, I styled it four different ways and could have easily showcased more, but I got tired changing clothes. (Style blogger problems, amiright?) A couple things to note:

  • I purchased in a size up (large) so that I could rock it with leggings or bike shorts, however, a more fitted version would be lovely as well.

  • This is 100% Organic Cotton and is ethically made in Da Nang, Vietnam.

  • It may just be a t-shirt, but my hubby wanted to take me on a date as soon as he saw me in one of my looks - just saying.

OK, let’s dive into the looks I created with the Emelina Short Sleeve Tee in Wine. Up first is the most casual look of the bunch.

I love that the high-low hem of this tee allows for a little extra bum coverage. Paired with a sling bag, tennis shoes, and bike shorts, this look has me ready for hot summer days chasing kiddos. I’m here for it.

I’m so into this look. The main reason being that the t-shirt tucks so beautifully. I don’t feel like there’s a ton of added bulk under the skirt and it has just the right amount of looseness to make feel comfortable. I love this outfit for a day date or just feeling cute while running with kids.

Alright, this is another look that I’m seriously obsessed with. The wine color I feared felt a little too fall-ish, but this combination is sooooo Spring/Summer and I am loving it! Here I front tucked the t-shirt and yet again, it works beautifully. The side slits makes front tucking easier than ever.

And then, here’s what I’m wearing today to head to the movies. (It’d also be a comfy travel outfit. Or vacation look. Or a casual date night…. you get the idea.) For this look, I tied up the front and tucked the back up to create a more cropped looked. Yet again, it works so well and is so effortless.

To take into to Spring/Summer and balance the overall darker color palate here, I added a Basket Weave Crossbody (on sale for just $34!) and layered jewelry that reminds me of the beach.
