Shop the Look: 1/2 Style Round Up
With lots of lazy days over the holidays, I only took the time to photograph a couple looks, but they are a few combos I’m loving lately. All four feature items from businesses focused on fair-trade fashion which is a top priority as I add (up to 12) items to my wardrobe in 2022.
I’m loving bringing my denim skirt back to life. I’ve rarely worn it and wanted to make an effort to start mixing it into my style this winter. While in Florida with my family, I paired the denim skirt (old) with a new black Everlane long sleeve bodysuit, white tennis shoes, and a statement crossbody bag from Noonday Collection. I added a little fun with the rainbow earrings also from Noonday Collection.
All in all, I see myself throwing this outfit on time and time again. It’s comfy, I felt cute, and it would be easy to layer up with a coat. I could even swap the tennis shoes for boots and add tights to move this look into a full on winter vibe.

Another basic combo that just works. I’m in love with this mock-neck top from LEV Apparel. It’s thick, fitted, and an amazing quality without feeling too tight. It. tucks in beautifully and is a great winter staple piece. Bonus, it’s another fair-trade item! I paired it with my new Good American jeans (first pair) which fit amazingly! I love the unfinished hem and slightly straight leg cut. I added my black combat boots from Target and just a little bit of color with these sweet pink earrings from Ash from Nash - a great small business based in the Nashville. This is another look I plan to wear on repeat this winter.

This dress is new to me from Liz Alig and I’ve already worn it twice and see myself wearing it again and again. I mean it’s perfection - silk, fair-trade, POCKETS, and oh so flowy and flattering. (I plan to layer it up with a sweater next.)
This combo was worn for our Christmas Eve festivities and it was perfect for our warm weather. The Noonday Collection headband (fair-trade) gave me a touch of red for the holiday, the denim jacket is a great, classic layering piece, and the slip on shoes (fair-trade) are amazingly comfortable and spectacular quality.

And finally here’s a casual, comfy look that can take me from a work meeting, to date night, to lounging at home. For this look I’m wearing the Good American Split Pocket jeans and combat boots again.
This time I paired them with a Liz Alig crop top (a favorite from the Katie Set), the best blazer around from LEV Apparel, earrings from Sela Designs, and one of my favorite Noonday Collection bags for a pop of color.
I love the neutral vibe of this look and since the blazer is sweatshirt material it is such a comfy outfit. Plus, almost this entire look is fair-trade which makes me love it even more!
